Quite Simply One of the Best

Edited by Clayton Eshleman, Caterpillar would make many a top ten list of greatest post-WWII little magazines. Mags like Yugen, Floating Bear or J are quick hits. A cigarette break. Caterpillar is like smoking a churchill maduro. Sit down in a comfortable chair, relax, and settle in for an afternoon and slip into the evening. To be honest, Caterpillar is a bit stronger than that. Filled with poems, essays, film still and art reproductions, Caterpillar is a total experience and a mind-expanding one at that.
