Black Mountain Review No. 7

This is my truly beat copy of the Beat Issue of Black Mountain Review (1957), edited by Robert Creeley with assistance from Allen Ginsberg. Like Issue Six, this issue is in the more compact thicker format, as opposed to the first five issues. This issue is a little mag classic, on par with the best Modernist mags immediately before and after the Great War, like Blast. Not surprising given that Creeley sought the advice of Ezra Pound on how to edit a little mag. Charles Olson also took this advice and, as with much of Pound's wisdom, made it his own and ran with it.
Above the magazine is 129 East 61st Street. The address is handwritten on my copy of Black Mountain Review 7 and I am not sure why. Anybody know anything about this address?
JB
