“Larry Fagin published this mimeographed book—mostly poems I’d written in Cambridge and Boston, and some more recent poems from New York. I had begun experimenting with space in my poems in a way that was new for me, while still dealing with direct statements and complete sentences. Alan Saret, the cover artist, was someone I had known very slightly at the Bronx High School of Science. The book is dedicated to Mushka Kochan.” (LW)
