Printed by Divers Press as Origin 8. I prefer The Mayan Letters as an object to this title. Of the Divers Press titles I have held, this is one fails to generate a spark with me. The same can be said for the poems. Purchasing this title was a first step to getting a hold of Jargon's The Maximus Poems 1-10 and 11-22. Years ago I wrote a piece stating that I would not broaden my focus and collect Olson titles, well, Hell is freezing over, or maybe the beauty of the titles (even in one such as In Cold Hell which do not blow me away), are thawing my hard stance.JB
